5. Adaptive test compatible, with different exam rules - Examination authorities can set up different rules to conduct the examination. These rules can determine the scoring pattern, the adaptive nature of the tests or even the time per question or facilities like bookmarking of questions etc. OATs has a provision to take in any such examination rules that may be set from time to time.
