      Enbee Educations Centres is a leading player in the field of International Education Services and Admission procedures. EEC (Enbee Educations Centres) partnered with Infiniti to create a total Intranet Solution called EDUNet.
  The Aim
 
The basic purpose at EEC was to have a medium to regulate the activities at various centers promoted by the company. The control was meant to span not only the staff but also the appointments, walk-ins, expenses, Batch schedules. It was also required that the Admission process is also properly monitored and managed.
  The Solution
 
1. Staff Management
  This attendance system helps keep track of the daily attendance of the staff and also compiles the report on time outs or effective time in office.
2. File Manager
  This is used to manage all the digital assets of the company namely electronic documents, video and audio file etc.
3. Expense Tracker
  This application was used to rack the expenses at the office level. It has proper admin control workflow to approve and reject expenses. It keeps a double check before any financial authorization is given.
4. Scheduler
  The scheduler is a effective tool to be used by the counselors in the organization to fix appointment times. It also helps the reception to fix appointment with different counselors depending on their availability. It can also be used to book the conference room and also to view the occupancy of conference facilities.
5. Time Table
  This application helps in building the timetable for different courses depending on faculty availability. It also keeps a track of classroom availability.
6. Admission Search
  This application helps the counselors to assist students to get a university and course of their choice with the constraints of the scores they have. It is a very unique application as it removes the hassle of sorting through pages of admissions related books. It also stores the catalogues for each university and course.
7. Knowledge Garden
  This section contained all the information in the organization. It contained feedbacks on certain visa procedures, feedbacks on trainings undertaken by the staff. It also has sections which the authorized staff members can use to upload information of help to all.
